Students Leave High School With a Portfolio, Not Just a Diploma

By graduation, students have done a lot: part-time jobs, sports, clubs, service projects. Most of it never gets shown to anyone. Level All with Adobe Express for Education changes that. Every project students finish becomes a piece of a portfolio they can take to job interviews, college applications, or trade programs.

Build It One Project at a Time

Students don’t have to sit down and make a portfolio from scratch. Each Level All project with Adobe Express adds a finished piece:

  • A polished resume from Write the Perfect Resume.
  • Job application materials from Getting a Part-Time Job in High School.
  • Service project materials from Make an Impact Through Community Service.
  • A passion project page from Pursue a Passion Project in 9th Grade.
  • Art and design work from Pursue the Visual Arts in College and Get Involved: The Visual Arts.

Level All guides what goes in each piece. Adobe Express makes every piece look professional.

Make It Easy to Share

Adobe Express can turn a collection of work into a simple webpage, so students can share everything with one link. Built-in image editing and background removal clean up photos of artwork, prototypes, or experiments, and short captions explain what each piece is and the skills behind it. That link fits on a college application, in an email to a hiring manager, or on a business card for a side gig.

A diploma says a student finished high school. A portfolio shows what they can do.

Why It Matters

  • Proof, not promises. Students show their skills instead of just listing them.
  • Ready for any path. The same portfolio works for a first job, college, or the trades.
  • Real confidence. Students see how much they’ve already accomplished.

Coach Tip:

Have students show the process, not just the result. Early sketches, drafts, and prototypes, with a line or two on how the idea evolved, show how a student thinks. Teachers, mentors, and admissions officers often value that as much as the finished piece.
