Built for Montana’s Big Sky Pathways and Career Development Framework

Nearly 6,000 students and families across Montana already have a Level All account. As one presenter put it at this year’s Summer Institute: “LevelAll [is] an incredible free resource for educators and families...it has great financial literacy tools and other modules that you can utilize in the classroom.” Level All connects that real, growing use to Montana’s Big Sky Pathways, the state’s programs of study that integrate rigorous academics with career-relevant curriculum.

Why This Matters

Montana is a local-control state; districts develop their own curriculum against state content standards, and there’s no single statewide mandate requiring an individual student plan. That local flexibility is a real strength, but it also means the quality of a student’s career exploration depends heavily on which school they attend. Nearly 6,000 Montana accounts already show what happens when that gap gets closed.

Built Around What Montana Already Values

  • Already in classrooms across the state. Educators are already using Level All’s financial literacy tools and modules directly in instruction.
  • Aligned to Montana’s own CTE standards. Level All’s content maps to the Office of Public Instruction’s CTE standards, the same foundation Montana’s career planning resources are built on.
  • A real self-assessment, not a worksheet. Students explore interests and aptitudes and see how they connect to real career fields, the same goal behind Montana’s middle school career guides.
  • Connected to Big Sky Pathways. Career Finder surfaces real Montana programs of study, so a student’s exploration leads somewhere concrete, not just a general interest area.
  • One dashboard for every school. Counselors see exactly where students stand, without building a tracking system from scratch.

Coach Tip:

Montana’s own college and career readiness definition includes critical thinking and problem-solving alongside academic knowledge. Level All’s content is built to develop both together, and nearly 6,000 Montana accounts are already using it that way.
