Missouri’s developmental sequence starts early: elementary students explore six general career paths (Building and Fixing, Business, Creative, Health, Helping, and Nature) before middle schoolers explore the full 16 career clusters ahead of their Individual Career & Academic Plan (ICAP), no later than 8th grade.
