Complete the FAFSA in 30 Minutes

In Alaska, the FAFSA is not just for federal aid. It is also the application for the Alaska Performance Scholarship and the Alaska Education Grant. A student who earns APS but never files the FAFSA does not get the money. Level All walks students and parents through it step by step, so most can finish in about 30 minutes.

Students don’t skip the FAFSA because they don’t want free money. It’s because it gets too confusing, or they think it’s not worth it—and that’s why students nationwide left over $4 billion in aid on the table last year.

What Level All Covers

  • Before you start. A clear checklist of the documents and accounts each family needs.
  • Step by step. Plain-language guidance through every section, including the questions that trip families up most.
  • Common mistakes. The errors that delay aid, and how to avoid them.
  • After you submit. What happens next, how to check APS and Alaska Education Grant status, and how to compare aid offers between schools.

Built for Counselors, Too

Counselors can point every senior to the same guide, run a FAFSA night with ready-made lessons, and use the dashboard to see which students still need help.

Coach Tip:

The deadline to file the FAFSA for APS and the Alaska Education Grant is June 30, and students must file a new FAFSA every year to keep receiving them. But do not wait for June. Alaska Education Grant funds are limited, so students who file soon after the FAFSA opens have the best shot.
