The Level All dashboard shows, in real time, exactly where every student stands.
What the Dashboard Does
- PGP status at a glance. See which students have a confirmed, signed PGP, which endorsement they chose, and who is pursuing the distinguished level of achievement.
- Graduation requirement tracking. See who has completed the FAFSA, TASFA, or opt-out, and who still needs to finish the My Texas Future step, well before graduation.
- Automatic tracking. As students explore careers, set goals, and update their plans, their progress records itself. No manual data entry.
- Nudges that work. Students who fall behind get reminders, so counselors spend their time on conversations instead of follow-up emails.
- Filter by what matters. Sort by grade, campus, endorsement, or requirement status to find the students who need attention first.
- Progress that persists. A student's plan stays with them from year to year and from campus to campus within the same school system.
