The Tool That Saves Your Students Thousands on College

California offers students many opportunities to finance a college education, but navigating the system can be complex: Cal Grants, the Middle Class Scholarship, community college fee waivers, and a GPA verification step most families have never heard of until it’s almost too late. Level All built the Pay Less for College Journey to help families check the boxes and connect to what they need.

What Your Students Walk Away With

  • A college list built on real numbers. Students use net price calculators to estimate true cost at every school on their list, at UC and CSU campuses, private colleges, and beyond, before ever applying.
  • A Cal Grant application done right, and on time. A Cal Grant requires both the FAFSA or California Dream Act Application (CADAA) and a separate GPA verification, submitted by the student’s school, by the same priority deadline. While most schools do this automatically, it’s each student’s responsibility to confirm. Level All helps ensure no student misses out on aid because they skip that key step.
  • Every dollar of aid, maximized. We help students and families understand Cal Grant A, B, and C eligibility, the Middle Class Scholarship, community college fee waivers, and outside scholarships. Nothing gets left on the table.
  • Bigger financial aid offers. Students learn to read past an offer letter’s formatting to see the real numbers underneath, and how to appeal for more.
  • Smart borrowing, not desperate borrowing. If there’s still a gap after aid, students learn to close it with terms they can manage.

Coach Tip:

California’s Cal Grant priority deadline is March 2 for the coming academic year, and it requires two separate pieces: the FAFSA or CADAA, and a verified GPA submitted by the student’s high school. Missing either one means missing the deadline entirely.

Built for Real Life, Not Ideal Situations

  • Guidance that meets family challenges head-on. An undocumented parent, a home where money isn’t discussed, or a blended family split across multiple locations. Level All addresses these realities directly with clear, actionable advice.
  • Students can access help no matter their situation. Whether a family qualifies for a Cal Grant, the Middle Class Scholarship, or neither, Level All meets them where they actually are. We believe every student can build a college plan that powers their goals without creating unnecessary debt.

Layers of Support to Succeed

  • In the classroom. Ready-made lesson plans bring these same techniques into whole-class instruction.
  • At home. Every parent gets free access to Level All, so they can work through the same steps alongside their student.
  • With their counselor. Whatever a student and family have already done inside the Journey, the counselor can see it too.

What This Means for You

  • No more repeating yourself all season long. Point any student to the Journey instead of explaining net price or the CSS Profile for the fortieth time.
  • A layer between you and burnout. Level All meets every family wherever they start.
  • More students landing where they actually belong. When families understand the real, after-aid cost, they stop ruling out schools that were within reach all along.
